BARABOO, Wis (CIVIC MEDIA) – SSM Health is proud to announce the accomplishments of three outstanding team members who graduated from the Sauk County Institute of Leadership (SCIL) program on May 20th, 2025. Dr. Sharilyn Munneke, Blair Murphy, and Carrie Kingcade dedicated nine months of intense learning to the program which focuses on leaders’ personal and professional development in service of Sauk County organizations.

I return to work refreshed, and with new ideas and perspectives.”

Blair Murphy, the Lead CT Technologist at St. Clare Hospital – Baraboo, shared her insights: “I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of SCIL. This program has shown me the wonderful things Sauk County has to offer, the importance of connecting with the community, and the power of self-awareness. Ultimately, SCIL has made me more compassionate, collaborative, and resilient in my healthcare role.”

Carrie Kingcade, Inpatient Nursing Manager at St. Clare Hospital – Baraboo, described her experience as transformative, stating, “Graduating from the Sauk County Institute of Leadership has been a truly meaningful journey for me. This program challenged me to grow not just professionally, but personally.
