Ann R. (Degarmo) Carlson, 73

Ann R. (DeGarmo) Carlson, age 73, a resident of Coon Rapids, MN, passed away March 27,
2025, in Prentice, WI. She was born October 29, 1951, in Bethesda, MD, to parents Eldon and
Virginia DeGarmo.
Ann graduated from Tony High School in 1969. She married the love of her life Duane Carlson
on August 1, 1970. She worked as an inbound call representative for Fidelity Products Co. for
many years. She, along with her sister Judy, created a boutique beaded jewelry stall Virginia’s
Legacy. She loved to make jewelry, play bunco with friends, and cook. Her favorite thing was to
entertain family and friends. She loved to have family adventures and spend time with her
grandchildren.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Rebecca West and Judy Neumann. She is
survived by her husband Duane; children: Paul (Alisa) Carlson, Cory Carlson; grandchildren:
Kaerrick Rajotte-Carlson, Lachlin Rajotte-Carlson, Gideon Carlson, Malena Carlson; siblings:
Michelle (Doug) Pfau, Claudette DeGarmo, Jennifer (Bernie) Kraimer, Mark (Delisa) DeGarmo;
many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Coon Rapids Civic Center
located at 11155 Robinson Dr. NW Coon Rapids, MN 55433, from 12:00 pm until 5:30 pm.
