Angela Marie Schienebeck

Angie entered her new life with Christ on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at her home under the care of Flambeau Home Health and Hospice.  Angie was born in Park Falls, Wisconsin on May 21, 1948, the daughter of James and Hedwig (Weinberger) Jirschele.

Angie enjoyed many things in life, but most of all she loved sharing her joys and talents with others.  She shared her famous potato donuts weekly at the Schienebeck Shanty in Butternut.  She was an incredibly talented seamstress.  From Angie’s Sewing Room, for over 50 years, she created custom wedding gowns and prom dresses, she fashioned tailor-made clothing and alterations, and replaced thousands of zippers.

Angie dedicated herself to her faith and sharing it through her work in the Lay Ministry, designing and creating altar cloths and banners for her church, and teaching Faith Formation for 40 years at Immaculate Conception.

Angie’s greatest joy was found in spending valued time with her husband, children and grandchildren.  Through her thoughtfulness and love, she made every occasion, trip, and moment together feel special.  She enjoyed traveling with her family and friends, with some of the best moments being walking the religious sites of the Holy Land in Israel.
