The Frito Rodeo Slider Stack
Ingredients:
2 Hawaiian buns
2 mini burgers
Cheese (any kind that’ll melt)
Handful of Fritos
Optional: ketchup, mustard, or whatever condiment survived in the fridge.
Instructions: Fire up the microwave, skillet, air fryer, or the hood of a warm pickup truck.
Heat up the mini burgers and slap a slice of cheese on each one.
Put one burger on a Hawaiian bun.
Add a generous pile of Fritos right on top. Don’t be shy. This is not the time for self-control.
Place the second cheesy burger on top.
Smash the other Hawaiian bun on top and give it a gentle squeeze until the Fritos start making sounds like you’re walking through dry leaves.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy in complete silence except for the crunch of Fritos echoing through the house like a deer walking through dry corn stalks.
Hillbilly Chef’s Review:
“It’s got beef, cheese, corn, and bread. That’s four food groups if you don’t ask too many questions.”
Official Name:
The Midnight Hay Bale Burger. Because after two of these, you’ll sleep like a farm dog under a shade tree.
