Two people were injured in a single vehicle crash in Vernon County. Wednesday night (February 11) at approximately 8:45p, the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office 911 Dispatch Center was notified of a single-vehicle crash that occurred on County Highway D, near Wemmer Hollow Road in rural La Farge.
Garret W. Trott, 22 of Blair, was traveling north and reported experiencing a mechanical problem while negotiating a curve. The vehicle left the roadway and traveled down an embankment.
Both Trott and his passenger, Bailey L. Ekern, 24 also of Blair, were transported by La Farge Area Ambulance to Vernon Health in Viroqua.
Assisting the Sheriff’s Office were the La Farge Fire Department and La Farge Area Ambulance.
