MADISON, Wis (CIVIC MEDIA) – The House of Representatives passed President Trump’s reconciliation bill by a narrow 215-214 margin Thursday. Wisconsin’s House delegation was split along party lines, with Republicans favoring the package and Democrats voting against it.
The bill, titled “One Big Beautiful Bill”, promises sweeping tax cuts, immigration spending, and Medicaid reform, among other items.
Wisconsin representatives on both sides of the aisle voiced their thoughts on Pres. Trump’s proposal.
