LeRoy Allan Boettcher, age 73, of Park Falls, died on Friday October 10, 2025, at Lakeside Villa in Phillips. He
was born on July 25, 1952, the son of Fred and Helen (Nelson) Boettcher. LeRoy was a
veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as a phone lineman. On June 26,
2004, he married Donna Callow. LeRoy was a volunteer fireman for the Park Falls Fire
Department and enjoyed woodworking, hunting, snowshoe racing, and most of all
spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his children: Nathan (Rae) Boettcher of De Pere and Emily (Jake)
Birchmeier of Park Falls, his step-children: Lori (Steve) Czerniejewski, Pam (Kerry)
Timler, Lila (Gary) Tesch, Dave (Denise) Pfeiffer, and Janet (Derek) Wishowski, his
grandchildren: : Porschia, Vlad And Max Boettcher, many step-grandchildren and step-
great-grandchildren, his siblings: LynAnn (Mark)Warner, Gloria Richter, Bev (Berry) Vik,
and Larry Boettcher, and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends,
including his canine grandchildren: Michael, Levon, and Bear.. He was preceded in
death by his parents, his wife Donna, and siblings: Fred, Don, Rod, and Karen
Strohmeyer.
A celebration of life will be held at the Park Falls American Legion Hall on Saturday
October 18, 2025, from 11:am until 2:00pm with military honors at 12:00pm.
Birch Street Funeral Service is assisting the family.
