Phillips Volleyball Travels To Hurley

The Phillips team took to the road for JV and Varsity matches on Thursday evening in Hurley. The JV, with strong serving, rolled to a 3-0 victory.  The varsity followed that up with a 3-0 sweep of their own.  Set scores were 25-8, 25-6, 25-11.  As a team the Loggers served up 13 aces.  Lily Miller had 23 assists and Mya Hertlein 4.  Layla Staroba and Raelee Williams picked up 8 digs each. Mataya Eckert led the team with 22 attack kills, with Gabby Prostek earning 6.  Both JV and varsity teams will be in conference action at Prentice Tuesday, September 10.
