Dorothy J. Anderson, 94, Park Falls

Dorothy J. Anderson, age 94, formerly of Park Falls, died on Tuesday June 25, 2024, at Our House Memory Care in Rice Lake. She was born on December 17, 1929, in Lugerville, the daughter of Matthew and Anna (Dedinski) Malvich.  On January 17, 1948, she married Howard Anderson. Dorothy worked for Flygts Drug Store and IGA Grocery, both in downtown Park Falls.  She was a member of the Eastern Star and volunteered for the Salvation Army.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death bv her parents, her husband Howard in 2002, (4)brothers: Oscar, John, Michael, & Lloyd Malvich, and (4)sisters: Anna Bolz, Mary Fredrickson, Kay Fowler, and Margaret Heeman.

A memorial service will be held at Birch Street Funeral Service Chapel in Park Falls on Friday July 5, 2024, at 1:30pm. Deacon Chet Ball will officiate.

Interment will follow at Nola Cemetery in Park Falls.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00pm until the hour of the service.
