The Butternut girls looked to bounce back from a tough loss as they hosted LCO.
The Midgets jumped out early and never looked back, leading 31-14 at half. Jersey Polencheck scored 16 of her game high 24 in the first half. She added 7 assists and 7 rebounds. The Midgets continued to move the ball well in the second half and pulled away for a 52-24 win. Kendra Pritzl with 12 points and 9 rebounds. Izzy Przybylski and Caitlyn Bebeau each with 6 points.
Butternut improves to 7-3 in conference and 11-4 overall. They will travel to Mellen for a tough matchup on Monday at 6:30.
