Ann Shinaway Eitrem, 69, Park Falls

Ann Shinaway Eitrem, age 69, of the Park Falls area, died on Sunday November 14, 2021 at House of Dove Hospice Home in Marshfield.  She was born on December 20, 1951 in Odanah, the daughter of Archie and Elizabeth (Shelafoe) Shinaway.  Ann was a graduate of the

Butternut High School. In September of 1971  she married John D. Eitrem Jr.  Ann co-owned and assisted with John’s family Business, Jack’s Corner Bar, for many years, but her family was her life.  She loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays. She also loved her pugs and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.

She is survived by her (5)children: Michelle Shinaway of Park Falls, Matthew J. (Angie) Eitrem of Montreal, Melissa (Matt) Potts of Chippewa Falls, JoJo (Jason Goulden) Eitrem of Fifield, and

John D. III (Cassie) Eitrem of Appleton, (11)grandchildren, (1)great-granddaughter, (4)brothers: Archie (Deb) Shinaway, Peter (Karla) Carlson, Harvey (Paula) Boswell, and Ken Boswell, (4)sisters: Kathy (Mike) Craig, Liz Nelson, Carol (Scott) Vaughn, and Debbie (George) Bablick, and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John, her sister Anita Soulier and brother Tony Butterfly.

 

A memorial gathering will be held at Jack’s Corner bar in Park Falls on Wednesday November 24, 2021 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm and all are invited to attend and share memories.
